Overview
Tran Thi Kim Phung is HCMC Associate Lawyer of ADK Vietnam Lawyers with more than 12 years of experience in dispute resolution works including litigation, employment & labour, maritime & shipping, insurance, contract, civil, family, criminal law and other commercial issues in Vietnam.
Ms. Phung joined ADK Vietnam Lawyers (Ho Chi Minh City Office) in February 2023. Before that, she spent more than 10 years working for the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Phung was admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, and the Vietnam Bar Federation. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Ms. Phung is highly regarded for her strong expertise as a labour, commercial, maritime, insurance, construction and criminal trial and appellate lawyer.
