On 04 November 2025, ADK Vietnam Lawyers had the pleasure of welcoming students from the High-Quality Law Program (English-Enhanced Program) of the International Training Institute –University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City – for a visit and hands-on legal training session at ADK’s office.
Key Training Topics
During the session, students were briefly introduced to the organizational structure and field of operation of ADK and were asked questions about practical work, professional skills and difficulties and obstacles when approaching practical work.
In addition, to help students have a more comprehensive view of the work they will do when they start practicing, ADK’s legal team provided students with practical insights and direct experience in two essential practice areas:
Overview of Business Establishment Procedures
- Required documents
- Legal process and regulatory requirements
- Practical considerations in advising corporate clients
Training on Preparing and Drafting a Petition Dossier
- Legal structure and mandatory components
- Supporting documents
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
The training session was interactive and engaging, with students actively discussing legal issues, asking questions, and exploring real-world applications of legal skills.
