From 12 to 14 June 2026, ADK Vietnam Lawyers organized a three-day Company Trip to Phan Thiet in celebration of the Firm’s 5th Anniversary.
More than an annual corporate retreat, the trip marked an important milestone in ADK’s journey while providing an opportunity for all members to reconnect, strengthen team spirit and celebrate the achievements accomplished together over the past five years.
Throughout the three-day journey, ADK members took part in a variety of cultural, historical and recreational activities. Every destination and shared experience contributed to a memorable trip while allowing colleagues to connect beyond the professional working environment.
Exploring the Cultural and Natural Highlights of Phan Thiet
The team visited several of Phan Thiet’s renowned cultural and historical landmarks, including Duc Thanh School, where President Ho Chi Minh once taught before embarking on his journey to seek national independence, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum.
These destinations offered more than a sightseeing experience. They provided an opportunity for ADK members to gain a deeper appreciation of the history and cultural heritage associated with Phan Thiet.
The journey continued at the picturesque U&Me Sand Dunes, where the team experienced exciting Jeep rides across the vast landscape, before enjoying time together along the beautiful coastline at Mango Beach.
Strengthening Connections Through Every Challenge
One of the highlights of the trip was the beach Team Building program, where employees participated in a series of collaborative challenges designed to foster teamwork, communication and mutual trust.
Each activity encouraged team members to listen, support one another and work together towards a shared objective. The laughter, encouragement and collective determination displayed throughout the program further strengthened the relationships across the Firm.
The experience reflected ADK’s belief that strong collaboration and team unity are essential foundations for sustainable development and long-term success.
The 5th Anniversary Gala Dinner
The central highlight of the Company Trip was the 5th Anniversary Gala Dinner. In a warm and celebratory setting, the Management Board and all members of the Firm came together to reflect on ADK’s journey from its early beginnings to the present day.
Five years may represent only the beginning of a much longer journey, but this period has enabled ADK to steadily develop its professional capabilities, strengthen its team and establish itself as a trusted legal advisor delivering practical, commercially focused and sustainable legal solutions.
The Gala Dinner was also an opportunity for ADK to express its sincere appreciation to colleagues who have accompanied the Firm for five years and three years, as well as other valued team members whose ongoing dedication has contributed to the Firm’s continued development.
