Overview
Le Xuan Duy joined the team of ADK Vietnam Lawyers in November 2025. He graduated from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He is currently attending the Vietnam Judicial Academy’s lawyer training program, focusing on International Trade and Business Law.
Duy has gained practical experience in both arbitration and litigation. At a leading arbitration center, he assisted the secretariat and supported arbitral tribunals in resolving more than 70 arbitration cases. At an international law firm based in Vietnam, he supported senior lawyers in several matters involving court proceedings.
