Ms. Ho Thi Tram (Vera) is a Partner at ADK Vietnam Lawyers and Head of the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. With nearly 16 years of professional experience, Ms. Tram has represented multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises and Vietnamese businesses in complex dispute resolution matters.
Her practice focuses on commercial arbitration, litigation, labour and employment disputes, civil disputes, bankruptcy proceedings and cross-border debt recovery.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tram has successfully represented clients before the Vietnamese Courts, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), HTA Commercial Arbitration Centre (HTA), Pacific International Arbitration Centre (PIAC), Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC) and other dispute resolution forums.
In addition to her advisory and contentious work, Ms. Tram is a licensed Arbitrator and Mediator at the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC).

Commercial Disputes
- Represented a New Zealand company in a complex commercial dispute involving sale and purchase contracts before the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
- Acted for a Vietnamese company in defending its legitimate rights and interests against an Indian company in a commercial arbitration concerning sale and purchase contracts before VIAC.
- Participated in numerous commercial arbitration proceedings before VIAC.
