Since late 2024, ADK VIETNAM LAWYERS has been accompanying the client in a comprehensive legal advisory role for the Hau Giang Rice Husk Power Plant Project. We have supported in legal due diligence, investment structure and deal structuring advisory, participation in site surveys, preparation and completion of transaction documentation, engagement with relevant competent authorities at both central and local levels, as well as carrying out the legal procedures required to obtain the Decision on Approval of Investment Policy concurrently with Approval of the Investor. 

To date, the Hau Giang Rice Husk Power Plant Project with 10MW capacity has been granted the Decision on Approval of Investment Policy concurrently with Approval of the Investor by the Can Tho City People’s Committee, marking an important milestone in the project’s implementation. The project represents a notable advancement in Vietnam’s renewable energy sector, while also reflecting the growing interest of foreign investors in sustainable development projects and energy infrastructure in the Vietnamese market.
