Before being a part of ADK Vietnam Lawyers, Ms. Ngoc Anh (Sara) has gained experience working in the legal departments of a software development company under a leading corporation in Vietnam, as well as a branch of prestigious foreign bank in Vietnam. After that, Sara has also accumulated knowledge and experience when working for more than 02 years at a reputable and professional law firm in Ho Chi Minh City. During this time, she has cultivated her experience in fields of investment, corporate, merger and acquisition (M&A), labor, real estate, ecommerce and participated in a number of litigation cases.
Practice focus
As a Associate at ADK Vietnam Lawyers, Sara takes responsibility for supporting Partners and other members in a variety of legal fields, such as: Investment, Enterprise, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Intellectual Property, Real Estate, etc.

• Bachelor of Law in Financial – Banking, University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City).
• Lawyer training course, Judicial Academy in Ho Chi Minh City.
